Early Life and Education
Stanley was born in a village called Luebe in Khana LGA of Rivers State, where he grew up and attended his primary and secondary school. He attended a Culinary Institute under Benson Idahosa University where he got his degree.Career
Stanley acquired several degree in several culinary training within and outside the country. Stanley left Nigeria to furthered his career at APCA Malaysia Culinary best pastry School in the world.Stanley is also a Kitchen Consultant with strong management Skills in the following Area: Ensuring promptness, freshness and quality of dishes, coordinating cooks' tasks, creating new menu for Restaurant and hotel, planning classic buffet, costing and wastage control, advanced cookery, pastry and Baking etc. Stanley has helped several companies in hiring and training of their kitchen staff. Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders, creating new menu for Restaurant and hotel, planning classic buffet, costing and wastage control, advanced cookery, pastry and Baking etc.
