Corpse of a lady identified as Charity Ohaka who was said to be kidnapped sometime last week Thursday/Friday in Rumuosi town was reportedly found in a well.
Charity Ohaka who deals on money lending and Akawo business is a native of Okporowo Ogbakiri, Emuoha LGA of Rivers State, but resides in Rumuosi Town was kidnapped from her 1 room and toilet apartment sometime last week Thursday/Friday.
It was discovered that the well close to her compound was seriously smelling and people who drew water from the well noticed kind of oily substances coming out of the well. Residence suspected an abonomality and decided to inform the police and local vigilantees, they brought a diver who went inside the well but saw nothing.
An hausa guy volunteerd him self to enter the well after making some incantations, he discovered the body inside the well. She was killed, tied with heavy block and thrown into the Well close to her house. It was also discovered that her ceiling was broken which was suspected that her killer/killers passed through into her apartment.
The security agencies has being urged to do a thorough investigation on the cause of her death and bring forth anybody or group of persons involved in this wicked act.
